Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Konstantin Scherbitsky ("we", "us"), the developer of Ŭallet ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: 15 August 2026.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ŭallet on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play from which you downloaded the App.

2. What Ŭallet is

Ŭallet is a personal finance tracking app. It helps you record and organise your accounts, transactions, savings goals, debts and crypto balances. Ŭallet does not provide banking, payment, money-transfer, lending, investment, brokerage or exchange services, and does not give financial, tax or investment advice. Any decisions you make based on information in the App are your own responsibility.

3. Crypto tracking

For crypto accounts, you provide a public wallet address, which the App uses to display public on-chain balances and market prices for information only. Ŭallet never asks for private keys or seed phrases, cannot access or move your funds, and is not a wallet or an exchange.

4. Accounts

You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Google, Apple or email to back up and sync your data. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions (Ŭallet Premium)

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Prices, balances and other data (including crypto and exchange-rate information) may be delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any financial loss, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see deleting your account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, noted in the App's release notes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
